Welcome to MendWave (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing our website, purchasing our services, or using our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Services Provided

MendWave provides pulsed electromagnetic field (PEMF) wellness devices and related information for general health, wellness and relaxation purposes only.

Our services are not medical treatment, and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

All information provided by MendWave, whether in person, online, or in written materials, is for educational and informational purposes only and should not be considered medical advice.

You should consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning any new wellness practice, especially if you are pregnant, have a medical condition, or use implanted medical devices.

3. Assumption of Risk

By using our services, you acknowledge and agree that:

6. Payment and Refunds

All payments are due at the time services are rendered unless otherwise stated. Refunds, if any, are granted at the sole discretion of MendWave and may be subject to posted cancellation or refund policies.

All content, logos, text, images, and materials provided by MendWave are the property of the Company and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written consent.

8. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict of law principles.

You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or the services provided by MendWave shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Salt Lake City, Utah, and you hereby consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in those courts.

9. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

10. Changes to These Terms

MendWave reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted and effective immediately upon posting.
