Shipping policy

Shipping Time:

Unless otherwise stated, all orders will be shipped within 5 business days of the order being placed. We ship all orders from SLC, Utah.

Orders Shipping to Canada: 

PEMF devices manufactured in the U.S. enter Canada duty-free under the Canada-United States-Mexico Agreement (CUSMA/USMC. However, you must still pay Canada's 5% Goods and Services Tax (GST) or applicable provincial Sales Tax (HST).

Return Shipping:

You (the customer) are responsible for shipping fees on any returned item.

Out Of Stock Items

We keep inventory up to date. However, in the even that a product is temporarily out of stock, we will inform you by email and let you know when it will be available to ship.
