Warranty & Usage Guidelines

Please note: As of 8/8/26 we have updated our Warranty to a 2 year limited warranty.

We have two Warranty options: 

2 Year Warranty is included, or you can purchase an extended 3 Year Warranty

2 Year Limited Warranty 

Your MendWave device is backed by a 2 year limited warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers issues with functionality under normal use.

The Seller warrants that the Product will be in proper working order and will perform its intended functions for a period of 2 year from the date of purchase. This warranty is limited to defects in materials, workmanship, or functionality that materially affect the operation of the Product.

The warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, abuse, accidents, improper installation, unauthorized modifications or repairs, neglect, or any external cause beyond normal intended use.

The warranty doesn't include shipping back to use, however we will pay for shipping the repaired or replaced item back to the customer.

The Seller's sole obligation under this warranty shall be, at its option, to repair or replace any Product determined to have a covered functional defect.

Extended 3 Year Warranty (Available for purchase with product)

The optional 3 year warranty includes the same warranty coverage that is listed above, but it will be for a period of 3 years from the date of purchase. The cost of the extended warranty is $39 or $49 depending on the model purchased.

Proper Use & Care

To ensure your device remains covered under warranty and operates safely:

• Do not tamper with or attempt to open the device.
  Unauthorized modifications or repairs will void the warranty.
• Use only as intended.
  Follow all instructions provided in the user manual for proper operation.
• Keep away from water and moisture.
  Exposure to liquids or high humidity may damage internal components and void the warranty.

Warranty Limitations

This warranty does not cover cosmetic issues or damage resulting from misuse, normal wear and tear, unauthorized alterations, improper handling, or environmental exposure, or use outside recommended conditions.
