Warranty & Usage Guidelines

1-Year Limited Warranty

Your MendWave device is backed by a 1-year limited warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers issues with functionality under normal use.

The Seller warrants that the Product will be in proper working order and will perform its intended functions for a period of 1 year from the date of delivery. This warranty is limited to defects in materials, workmanship, or functionality that materially affect the operation of the Product.

The warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, abuse, accidents, improper installation, unauthorized modifications or repairs, neglect, or any external cause beyond normal intended use.

The Seller's sole obligation under this warranty shall be, at its option, to repair or replace any Product determined to have a covered functional defect.

Proper Use & Care

To ensure your device remains covered under warranty and operates safely:

• Do not tamper with or attempt to open the device.
  Unauthorized modifications or repairs will void the warranty.
• Use only as intended.
  Follow all instructions provided in the user manual for proper operation.
• Keep away from water and moisture.
  Exposure to liquids or high humidity may damage internal components and void the warranty.

Warranty Limitations

This warranty does not cover cosmetic issues or damage resulting from misuse, unauthorized alterations, improper handling, or environmental exposure outside recommended conditions.
