Returns

MendWave products may be returned within 14 days of receipt. Please contact us for return authorization.

All merchandise must be in new condition with all parts, accessories, in it's original packaging and untampered with.

Return Shipping Deadline

Once your return request has been approved, the tracking must show that the item has shipped within 10 calendar days of receiving your return authorization and instructions.

If your return is not shipped within this 10-day period, your return authorization will expire and the return will close.

The customer will be responsible for return shipping fees and there is a 15% restocking fee on all returns.

Refunds

All refunds will be processed within 5 business days after the return has been received.
