MendWave was founded by someone who understands chronic pain first hand.

After more than 20 years of living with fibromyalgia and myofascial pain syndrome, our founder, Tammy Bates, explored countless therapies in search of real relief. Tammy's journey led her to discover PEMF technology and its potential to support recovery and comfort.

Tammy has a highly technical background. As the former founder of a solar energy company, she brings deep experience in energy-based systems, product development, and technology innovation.

This unique combination of personal health experience and technical expertise is what drives MendWave’s mission to create accessible, safe, and effective PEMF solutions.

Today, MendWave is focused on helping people and their pets improve their quality of life through carefully designed, research-based PEMF devices.
